Pretty cool. I really wanted to be home sewing, bit I'm pretty mellow about the day.

Tonight is WW3 gaming. Yay!!

May need to find some writing outlets other than the Wiki to which I've been contributing. Still, I've been doing some interesting military history. The North Vietnamese have been opening up a lot in history meetings, there are some significant NSA declassifications (still with a lot of redactions, but things can be guessed), etc.

Highly recommended: Moore & Galloway, We are soldiers still. LTG (ret) Hal Moore spent about 2 1/2 hours talking with Defense Minister/Sr. GEN Giap.

Funny...the Vietnamese kept saying, and I agree, our leadership should have read more of their history. No argument. Soviets invaded Afghanistan and it got called Russia's Vietnam. So the Vietnamese invade Cambodia and take 13 years to get out. Yes; it was Vietnam's Vietnam. Doesn't anybody read?

Saw Gary Sinise's special on Fox news, and it occurred to me that it's been far too long since I've said:

Thank you. Thank you to both you, and your husband. Y'all's service is apprciated, and always has been

I hope you hear it more often than I've said it to you, but the AFH days were surely fun while they lasted.
