Evidently, there's been some consternation about the folx I sometimes talk about here. So, to give a handy players guide:

The husband, [livejournal.com profile] sappersgt . He is so beloved of me, and I ache when we're apart. He is, quite simply, the best thing in my entire life.

The roommate of awesomeness, [livejournal.com profile] cenliamgordon . He is honestly one of the bright spots of my life. He rocks. He and his family are dearly loved and I am so grateful he's in my life.

The Best Friend of Awesomeness and Kittens, [livejournal.com profile] amaliazavattini . She is also known as the Honorable Lady Amalia and is the wonderful talent behind the amazing creations at Lizzard Virtual Gallery. Seriously, she is an amazing lady and is just...awesomeness and kittens. I'm not sure what I did to deserve her friendship, but I love her to death and hope she knows what a positive influence she is.

The Tall Husband of Awesomeness, [livejournal.com profile] alejandro_sca , also known as the Honorable Lord Alejandro Ramirez Mendoza. (At least I HOPE that's the right name...It's what his LJ says anyway...). He is an incredibly talented software engineer and woodworker. He's tall and...well, awesome. (In case you don't know him, he's also sneaky and rather evil. Just listen to his laugh some day! Evil overlord alert!)

There are the in-laws, [livejournal.com profile] sappersdad , [livejournal.com profile] sappersmom and [livejournal.com profile] auxdarastrix , as well as various cousins and other family here. :-)

My mom, [livejournal.com profile] mom_in_texas never posts, although she'd better remember her password here some day, as well as my brother, [livejournal.com profile] jensbro . My step dad, Tom, never posts. Heck, I'm not even sure he reads this. My biological dad, [livejournal.com profile] oldman1941 , has an LJ, but I don't know how often he logs in.

Uh. I think that's about it, at least for family that I might refer to in the LJ.

They don't post much, but they do read. :-)

Given the nature of American businesses, and journal postings, I tend to lurk rather than post.

I do not blame you at all. However, you still have an *evil* laugh.

That's why you lock things down. Don't make them public... Then you set up different filters...

True enough. However, if the information is not on the web, there is no chance that a coding mistake would suddenly make it public. I know I make mistakes in my code that would be ugly if released into the wild.

Fair enough. :-) And the idea of wild coding makes me giggle!

Just having this sudden image of "Code Gone Wild, the Video...."

Don't mind me. I'm punchy.

Oh well
