Okay...I have to laugh...

With the middle pup gone, Moxie and Moose have actually started to get a little bit closer. Last night, they were chasing each other around the yard.
I heard the jingling of tags and there went Mox with Moose in hot pursuit. Then, the sound of dog feet scuffling on grass, and there goes Moose, with Mox hot on his heels.
For those of you new to this game, Moose is 160 lbs. Moxie is about 20 lbs. To see them running around the yard did my heart good.

Date: 2010-04-28 02:58 am (UTC)It took our 60lb dog 9 months to realize that the 5lb dog wasn't actually going to eat her face, and just wanted to play. Now she gets down on the tiny dogs level to play/wrestle with her, all growly teethy gentleness. Won't chase her, or let herself be chased, but tug-o-war between the two is hilarious. ^-^
